Ongoing Groups:

Rainbow Connections is a group for 16-21 year old youth who are gay, lesian, bi sexual, transgender, transsexual or question.  The group talks about related subject matter, equality, social issues and popular culture.  For more info call Wayne or Anitra at 340-3690.

Fresh Start is a group for adolescents and young adults between the ages of 16 - 21.  The focus of this group pertains to educating these individuals on the negative impact of drugs and alcohol, and how these substances effect decision-making skills related to maintaining positive relationships with peers, family, and employers.  For more info call Alexa at 340-3690.

Life Skills is a group that addresses the basic skills that youth need to live and function successfully in our society.  Skills that are addressed are:  social skills, employability skills, consumerism, financial skills, and personal skills.  For more info call Anitra at 340-3690.

Teen Parents is a group that acts as a support group for parents ages 16 - 21.  The goal of this group is to provide emotional support while also assisting with social and economic needs of the paretns.  This group is a gateway group for parents to get involved in other supportive groups such as Job and Life skills.  For more information call Nancy at 340-3690.
